This agreement for the professional services of DJ Billman DJ's on the engagement (event) described in this form and between the initialed purchaser of entertainment services (herein called: Client) have agreed to be bound by said terms stated in this agreement.

Agreement Terms

  • DJ Billman DJ's agrees to start at the specified time on this form. For any reason our service is unable to start at time on this form DJ will stay overtime the amount of minutes without our services to compensate, unless alternate agreement is made.

  • 1 available electrical outlet must be available and easy to access for power.

  • Client will be held responsible for efficient setup space for entertainment

  • DJ Billman DJ's is not responsible for mechanical failures due to floor structural, electrical problems, power outages, or anything beyond out control.

  • DJ Billman DJ's will be unable to perform in the event of severe wind, rain, fire or any act of god or man that makes event location unavailable at time / date specified in form.

  • The client is responsible for any equipment that is damaged or missing at event by anyone other than associates, staff, entertainers, sub contractors or DJ Billman DJ's.

  • DJ Billman DJ's has the right to terminate performance at anytime if guests are rude and/or inappropriate.

  • Client agrees that in the event DJ Billman DJ's has to seek legal help regarding this form and event, the client will be responsible for all reasonable attorneys fees.

  • DJ Billman DJ's will not force guests to participate in activities during event but will work to create a pleasant atmosphere for dancing, socializing and entertaining audience.

  • Client is to pay deposit of $50.00 to hold the date specified in this form in order for services to be rendered. Deposit is a non-refundable fee.

  • Client agrees to pay balance of services prior to or day of event, unless alternate agreement is made.

  • DJ Billman DJ's will treat this agreement with professionalism and fairness to the best of our abilities.

  • DJ Billman DJ's must have all forms / information and deposit by day of event or DJ Billman DJ's will be unable to show up and perform, and no legal action will be taken by client.

  • The event on this form is a rain or shine event and DJ Billman DJ's will receive amount agreed to on this form unless alternate is made. We will do the very best we can to perform under certain conditions but if they become unsafe for any reason DJ must use proper discretion to stop.

  •  For any reason customer is completely unsatisfied, DJ Billman DJ's will refund up to amount agreed to on form minus deposit.
